Conditions for Order Cancellation:1. Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel after placing an order, a 50% refund will be granted.
2. Compensating Amount for Another Order: Cancellations within 2 to 4 hours that aim to allocate the amount towards a different order will incur a 25% service charge deduction.
3. Unavailability of Expertise: Should we find ourselves unable to assign a suitable subject expert to your order, cancellation may occur.
4. Breach of Agreement: If our terms and conditions are violated by the customer, the order may be cancelled without a refund.
5. Extended Delays: We generally require a window of 24 to 48 hours to work on orders, depending on their complexity. If we anticipate delays beyond this timeframe, cancellations are possible.
6. Unforeseen Events: Rare events or disturbances beyond our control may prevent order completion, necessitating a cancellation.
