At Graderz.org, we recognize that academic expectations can vary for each student. Our refund policy, therefore, is curated with fairness and inclusivity, making sure you receive the quality you deserve without any hitches.

Refund Situations:

Although we endeavor to deliver utmost quality, if our content falls short of your expectations or faces untimely delivery, you may be eligible for a refund post seven revisions. Below are the situations when refunds can be claimed:

  •   1. Mistaken double charges via credit card will be promptly reimbursed.
  •   2. Orders with a deadline less than 48 hours (deemed urgent) are non-refundable.
  •   3. Unsatisfactory quality or delayed submissions can be grounds for a refund.
  •   4. Any trace of plagiarism in the delivered content.
  •   5. Dissatisfaction without genuine proof doesn't qualify for a refund.
  •   6. Missing out on providing accurate details or guidelines during order placement may negate refund eligibility.
  •   7. Lack of response from our customer service team within a 48-hour window.
  •   8. Persistent dissatisfaction after 7-10 revisions makes clients eligible for a 50% refund. This applies seven days post-delivery.
  •   9. Refunds on account of quality will be initiated within two weeks after substantial proof is submitted.
  •   10. Plagiarism concerns should be flagged immediately upon submission. We aren’t accountable for issues post final delivery.
  •   11. Revision requests can only be entertained within a 30-day period post-delivery.

Refund Processing:

A full refund equates to 90% of the original amount; 10% is reserved for transactional costs and service charges. Any refund queries should first address our Customer Support Team before approaching payment gateway providers or financial institutions.

Dispute Resolution:

If there’s a contention regarding your order, our customer service team is available at support@graderz.org for mediation.

Warning against Fraudulent Practices:

False disputes through banks without prior communication with us can prevent refund issuance. Legal measures might be enforced in such cases against fraudulent activities.
