•   2nd Revision: Within 48 hours.
•    3rd Revision (and subsequent requests): Within 72 hours.

The turnaround time for revisions is contingent upon the clarity of your feedback. To expedite the revision process, we recommend concise and explicit instructions. Moreover, the revision request should align with the original order specifications. If there are deviations from the initial guidelines, an adjustment fee may apply.

Urgent Revisions:

Immediate revisions might necessitate an additional fee, particularly if the specific expert isn't readily available.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Full Refunds are Issued if:

•   A double payment has been made.
•   Two identical orders have been placed accidentally.
•   An appropriate expert is unavailable

Partial Refunds:

•   If an expert has already been allocated to your order, you are eligible for a 50% refund
•   If no expert has been assigned yet, you can claim 90% of your order amount.
•   If there are missing details in your order and you cancel immediately after placing it, you'll get 95% of the order amount back.
